About The Role

In a world shaped by dramatic shifts in consumer lifestyles and priorities, health and wellbeing is increasingly in focus. People are looking for products, services and solutions that help them live healthier, happier lives at every age and stage.

Here, you’ll support the wider Cambridge Nutritional Foods group, where our brands all work together to deliver innovative health and nutrition solutions through a growing mix of direct-to-consumer, subscription and consultant-led models.

The opportunity for you is to drive the evolution of how our brands show up online, from improving the customer experience to unlocking new revenue opportunities across our digital footprint.

Location: Corby, Northants with hybrid working (Monday, Tuesday plus 1 other day per week at our HQ)
Role Type: Permanent, full time

As eCommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of how our websites perform day-to-day, acting as a “digital store manager” responsible for turning traffic into revenue.

Working across five websites spanning WordPress, Magento, Shopify and Verto platforms, you’ll focus on improving conversion, user experience and SEO performance while ensuring our sites remain technically strong, commercially optimised and continuously improving.

With four new websites recently launched and one fully re-engineered, you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment and help shape how we grow and optimise our digital channels.

Your key areas of focus will include:
  • Website Performance & Trading – manage the day-to-day trading performance of our websites, optimising product pages, navigation, landing pages and user journeys to drive conversion and revenue
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – develop and implement structured testing and experimentation to improve conversion rate and customer journeys across our sites
  • User Experience & Insight – analyse customer behaviour using tools such as GA4, heatmaps and session recordings to identify opportunities to improve the on-site experience
  • SEO & Website Structure – ensure strong SEO foundations across our sites including technical SEO, on-page optimisation and site structure to support long-term growth
  • CMS & Platform Management – work hands-on across multiple CMS platforms to implement improvements, launch content and reduce reliance on external agencies
  • Collaboration – partner closely with digital marketing, product, sales and external partners to ensure websites are campaign-ready and aligned with wider marketing activity
This is a pivotal role in a team that’s evolving and where you’ll influence how our brands perform online and how customers experience them. It’s your opportunity to help build and improve something, not simply maintain what already exists.

Am I the right person for this job?
You’ll be an experienced eCommerce or digital performance professional with a strong technical understanding of how websites drive revenue and customer engagement, with a demonstrable track record of having achieved this.

You’ll enjoy analysing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing practical changes that enhance conversion and user experience.

You’ll also need to have:
  • A strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and UX best practice
  • Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento or Shopify
  • Confidence using analytics tools such as GA4 to interpret performance and inform improvements
  • A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different websites and brands
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills when working across teams and with external partners
Most importantly, you’ll be curious, commercially aware and motivated by improving how digital experiences perform.
