You’ll become the engine room of our Product Development team, working collaboratively across both Commercial and Operations as you take ownership of product briefs and leading a variety NPD and EPD projects across both CNF group brands and our increasing customer base.
You’ll have a real opportunity to see the direct impact of the products you launch, with a creative influence and input into both branded and customer products. Your project lifecycle will typically range from ideation and concept through to Gate 3 where we hand over to our Technical team, who deliver product specifications and packaging requirements, enabling you to focus on what matters, creating evidence-based nutritional products!
You'll also;
- Organise tasting sessions with internal stakeholders and support improvements to our tasting and sensory activity
- Organise and run factory trials as part of our Stage & Gate framework
- Conduct research on trends and competitor products
To support with factory trials, you’ll need to occasionally be available out of your standard hours such as an earlier start or later finish, but we're not talking the middle of the night.
